1.- What is a URL?
It stands for "universal resource locator". This is the address typed in to view your web page on the Internet. For example, you would type in http://www.signupdesign.com to accessed our home page.
2.- What is a domain name?
A domain name is a specific web site address that you choose and register with Network Solutions(the official registrar of domain names ending in .com, .edu, and .gov).
3.- What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients.
4.- Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?
Yes. Our Web Design service is independently from the hosting service.
5.- What is site maintenance?
Maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back.
6.- How much do professionally designed web sites cost?
There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if you will sell products on your website, the graphic work involved, and how interactive your future web site will be.See our options

7.- Do you offer any type of discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for schools and non profit organizations.
8.- Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?
Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directory. How fast your site is listed depends on each individual Search Engines database update schedule. Watch your server traffic logs for visiting spiders. We suggest you use Guaranteed Search Engine Submit.
9.- Web Site Content - What Do I Put On My Site?
That would depend on the goals of your web site. If you run a business website you would include as much information about your products or services that your customers would need to purchase from you.
10.- How long does it take to have a web site designed?
The time frame is determined by the size of your web site, the complexity of your site design, and our current client design schedule.
11.- What kind of design services do you provide?
Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive. We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, stationery , including business card, letterhead, envelope, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require. 12.- What do you charge for your graphic design services?
Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality, uncompromised work. You won't find that with some of our competitors. We encourage prospective clients to compare our works with agencies producing the same level of work.
13.- What is your payment plan for design services?
For graphic design service the full payment is required with the order. For web design projects an initial payment representing one-half of the estimated total fee is required. The second one-half is billable with the final invoice due upon completion of the project. For Printing jobs the full payment of the job is required in order to start the printing process. All payments will be made in US funds, payable to Signup Design Inc.
14.- What if I decide to cancel a design job?
For design work, the client shall be billed cancellation fee $85,00 plus all hours expended on the Project, up to the date of termination, at Signup Design Inc.s standard rates ($75,00 hourly rate) together with all other amounts due hereunder. Any initial payment that has been received shall be credited against any such amounts due. All indemnities shall continue even after any such termination.
15.- For my printed job, when I will expect to receive the material?
The printed order is delivery to you in 10-16 business days. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.Signup Design Inc. assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. 16.- Can I use my own images/pictures to use on the design?
All the images and artwork supplied by the client will be used on the design as it; any change will be performed over them; we recomended that the resolution of this images and artwork will be more than 300 dpi in format .jpg;.psd;.eps or .pdf. Signup Design Inc. is not responsible for any lost of quality on the printed material after used this material .If the client wants modified or changed this images or artwork; The Client must authorized in writing to Signup Design Inc. and pay any aditional fees; in order to make this work.
17.- How many revision I have for my design service?
You have two revisions for the basic or standard graphic design service or web design services. Any revisions or additions to the services described after this revisions shall be billed as additional services. Such additional services shall include, but shall not be limited to, changes in the extent of work, changes in the complexity of any elements of the project, and any changes made after approval has been given for a specific stage of design, documentation, or preparation of artwork. Signup Design Inc. shall keep the client informed of additional services that are required and shall request the client·s approval for any additional services which cause the total fees, exclusive of any surcharge for rush work, to exceed the fixed or estimated fees.
18.- If I need the job will be a rush Job?
The Client shall pay a surcharge for any services requiring work to be performed outside of normal working hours by reason of unusual deadlines or as a consequence of the Client not meeting scheduled times for delivery of information, materials, or approvals. The surcharge for rush work shall be at the standard rates $75,00 plus a fee.
19.- What type of payment do you received?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover throught Paypal processing payment. Also you can pay with company check or money order; If you would like to pay by check, your order will not process until the check has cleared. This will cause a significant delay in your printing order (minimun (3) business days).
